About the D&DTTL

The League's season runs through the winter months from September to April. The current season has 25 teams in the League in three divisions.

In addition to weekly league fixtures, two cup competitions take place over the season, one of which is a handicap-based event. An Annual Championship is also staged during the season.

New players/teams are actively encouraged and qualified coaches, together with volunteer helpers, run weekly sessions over the summer to help new and developing players. Two new teams have entered the League this season, largely as a result of interest expressed by people through this website, leading to coaching/development over the summer and then on to League participation.

We play competitive table tennis in a friendly and sociable atmosphere, which has enabled us to continue to flourish in difficult times for the sport generally.
